PARKS & RECREATION BOARD VACANCY
The Village Parks & Recreation Board has a vacancy. The term of this vacancy expires June 30, 2017. The Parks & Rec Board meets on the third Thursday of every month at 7:30 p.m. They make recommendations to Village Council and administration regarding the maintenance, major improvements and future development of Village parks. They also evaluate parks and recreation facilities and advise administration as to park functions and usage. If you are interested, please submit an application to the Clerk's Office by Wednesday, June 1, 2016.
 
VILLAGE OFFICE RENOVATIONS
After 42 years, the Village Municipal Building is getting a facelift. Renovations will begin in the office area during the week of May 23, 2016. Village Office staff will temporarily operate out of the Council Chamber for approximately three months. The second phase of work will include the Council Chamber and conference room which is expected to occur during September & October with the final phase including the lobby and restroom. All work is anticipated to be finished by the end of 2016. Please excuse our dust during the renovation. The Office will be closed to the public on Thursday, May 26th while furniture, computers and phones are being moved. Regular hours will resume on Friday, May 27th. Also please note that passport processing will be suspended beginning May 23rd until further notice.
 
MEMORIAL DAY PARADE & CARNIVAL
The Parade begins at 11:00 a.m. from the Groves High School east parking lot and travels north on Evergreen to Beverly. It concludes at Beverly Park. Immediately following the parade is the carnival at Beverly Park. A commemorative ceremony will be held at 1:30 by the flag pole. Games, rides, inflatables and food are available for purchase at the carnival.
 
VARIOUS BOARD AND COMMISSION VACANCIES
At their May 17th meeting, the Village Council made the first announcement of upcoming vacancies on the Cable Board (2), Parks & Recreation Board (1), Planning Commission (3) and Zoning Board (3). If you are interested in applying for any of these vacancies, submit an application to the Village Clerk's Office by Friday June 10, 2016. Application
 
AUGUST AND NOVEMBER ELECTIONS
If you would like to request an absentee ballot for the August Primary and/or the November General Election, please complete this form and submit it to the Southfield Township Clerk's Office..
 
TITLE VI PLAN
The Village of Beverly Hills has approved a Title VI Non-Discrimination Plan. Interested parties may click here to view the plan.

2015 WATER QUALITY REPORT
The Village of Beverly Hills, The Southeastern Oakland County Water Authority and the Detroit Water and Sewerage Department (DWSD) are proud of the fine drinking water they supply and are honored to provide this report to you. The 2015 Consumers Annual Report on Water Quality shows the sources of our water, lists the results of our tests, and contains important information about water and health. We will notify you immediately if there is ever any reason for concern about our water. We are pleased to show you how we have surpassed water quality standards as mandated by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ). Village Council Meetings


Village Council meetings are open to the public. Meetings are held on the first and third Tuesday of the month at 7:30pm in the Municipal Building. Meetings are broadcast on Comcast Channel 15, AT&T/Uverse Channel 99, and WOW! Channel 10.
