On January 18, 2005, the Strategic Planning Development Committee presented its final draft of the Strategic Plan to the Village Council. The Committee has accomplished the identification of key strategic issues for the Village and has outlined major ways to address those issues. Action plans have been generated to accomplish strategic objectives. It is now appropriate to break into smaller groups who will work with the Council and staff to finalize the definition and the priorities of the strategic plan and to begin implementation.
